A masterful practice combining both active and restorative asana work for a full experience. Rich with refined pedagogical details to transform awareness in movement. The teaching starts with a sequence of light sun salutations opening the external body and generating heat. It then progresses through a series of structurally strengthening standing poses interspersed with hip and groin openers, twists and flank stretches. The practice then moves into restorative immersion with full attention to the essential details that will help submerge the mind and access the nervine system.
