Welcome to this delicious full-body immersion that journeys us to deep pristine places of strength and peace. We start with a warm-up leading us straight into Sirsasana Cycle and Sarvangasana Cycle. This is followed by supine twists, legs, hips & core work before moving up to forward bends, balancings (Bhujapidasanas), extreme hip openers & an array of multiple twists that prepare us for the finale of Urdhva Dhanurasanas before winding down.
