This is followed by some Downward Dogs interspersed with Standing Poses before taking us into supine work for the first layer of upper back/dorsal spine opening. Continuing with kneeling upper back heart openers, using a variety of different props (straps, blocks and a wall) in super interesting ways to create the experience of crucial points of connection that support alert postural movement. Each pose opens to the next culminating in Sirsasana drop-backs to Viparita Dandasana. This vibrancy smoothly transitions into supine hip/groin/lumbar releasers bringing neutrality and evenness, before a final pratyaharic Karnapidasana and a healing Savasana.
