Downward Dog into Uttanasana is a key linking of poses that we find in just about any yoga class around the world. Since we do it so often its healthy to check once in a while that we’re doing it as well as possible. Really watching the body, directionalizing the body, being part of the process of self-healing through asana. This requires gathering, studying and experiencing different alignments and techniques to increase our level of penetration. Here are some of my favorites.
