Product Description

A wonderful light practice for anytime of day. Get aligned, vibrant and calm. Starting in supine leg and hip stretches to release tension and prepare the body and mind, the practice then moves into core work supporting and maintaining a structurally sound lower back. Next are supine twists and half backbends to open the dorsal spine and thoracic chest before sitting up for hip releasers, spine lengtheners and a series of forward bends to fully stretch the legs. The vibrancy increases with a flow of gentle Sun Salutations interspersed with lunging groin work and standing poses. From there we open the shoulders for an upper back releasing plough pose, and finish off with supine groin deepeners and a guided healing Savasana.
