Product Description

Welcome to this full body active practice. Using the wall for extra strength we travel through dynamic Standing Poses interspersed with lunges, hips and twists. We then release the effort with supine lengtheners before moving into Sirsasana (and variations) heating us up for an essential series of burning core strengtheners. After this we start to wind down through Sarvangasana (and variations), Halasana (and variations), a final supine twist of bliss before resting in inverted Savasana. A great practice to fire up the essentials, make the flame burn brighter and get us set for the day. Let me know how it was for you! Made with love 💗 X Cat
