Welcome to this full-body practice intended for advanced practitioners but equally accessible to intermediate level by fast forwarding through the inversion section as needed. We start with a 20 min. warm-in of legs, hips, groins, spine and shoulders before moving into 20 min. Sirsasana/Sarvangasana & Variations Cycle. This is followed by supine twists, a full sequence of core work, forward bends (Janu Sirsasana, Ardha Padma Paschimottanasana, Marichyasana I & II, Paschimottanasana, Baddha Konasana) and Savasana plus final seated meditation. I’ve purposefully given space within the verbal cues for deeper connection with your own internal experience.
