A healthy & well-balanced practice with both active and restorative elements. We open the practice with layered variations of Yoga Mudrasanas before progressing into a beautiful exploration of Chaturanga/Upward Dogs, with bolster under the front thighs, that brings beautiful clarity! We then move into purposefully rapid and sharp repetitions of arm balances, twists and forearm balances followed by a light Sirsasana inclusive of fun variations. This leads us into Forward Bends, Hip Openers, Core Strengthening and a final sequence of gentle but wonderful backbend/heart openers. Our practice then concludes with an immersive Viparita Karani and Savasana. Hope you enjoy this session and that it adds to your day in all ways.
