Welcome to the 2nd class of Intermediate Yoga Training Module B! 🔥The continuation of our year long Training Programme designed for practitioners who want rock solid foundations and an experience of purpose and evolution. This Module is comprised of 5 practices that should be practiced in sequential order, following the A, B, C, D & E structure, one after the other, for a minimum of 6 weeks. If you are spacing the sessions out due to time constraints just be sure to experience each class at least 6 times before moving onto the following Module. The Class Sequence included at the bottom of this page is there for you to copy, paste and print so that you can create a Yoga file of our progression. 🌟 As you gain confidence and begin to practice from these Practice Sheets please be sure to observe the timings of the poses to best honour the energetics of the Training.
