Welcome to the 4th class of Intermediate Yoga Training Module B! By now you know what to expect: full dynamic immersion 🙌 Whether you’re doing this as part of the Training Module or whether you’re just joining in for a session be prepared to give it your all! For those who are interested in knowing more about the Training Programme – it’s a year long evolution designed for those who want rock solid foundations and are ready to push themselves more than ever before. It’s intense. It’s demanding. But the experience is incredible and life changing. This Module is comprised of 5 practices to be practiced in sequential order, following the A, B, C, D & E structure, one after the other, for a minimum of 6 weeks. In other words each class will be experienced at least 6 times before moving onto the next Module. As always I’ve included the Class Sequence at the bottom of this page for you to copy, paste and print creating your own Yoga file of our progression. 🌟 As you gain confidence and begin to practice from your Practice Sheets please be sure to observe the timings of the poses to best honour the energetics of the Training.
