Welcome to the 5th & final class of Intermediate Yoga Training Module B! Congratulations! This class completes the full practice structure of the 2nd Module 💫 Next step is to repeat repeat repeat… until you feel ready for Module C! I ‘m so delighted to share this here and I can’t wait to hear about your experiences as you travel this journey. It won’t be easy but it will 100% be worth it! Think of it as a gift to your Self that blossoms forever. 🌺 Practice the classes in sequential order following the A, B, C, D & E structure, one after the other, for a minimum of 6 weeks. Whether you’re practicing 5x a week or 2x a week, each class is best experienced at least 6 times before moving onto the next Module. This may sound excessive but this really and truly is the minimum time that it takes to truly make the most of the experience. I’ve included the Class Sequence at the bottom of this page for you to copy, paste and print and eventually practice from. My dream is to support you in developing your own self-practice. As you gain confidence and begin to practice from your Practice Sheets please be sure to observe the timings of the poses to best honour the energetics of the Training.
