Welcome to the 1st class of Intermediate Yoga Module C! ⭐️ This is a challenging Standing Pose and Inversion Session with new variations to assimilate. As most of you know this practice is part of the Training Modules (links below) – an intense immersion into strength, vitality and freedom! This 3rd Module builds on the last with one main addition: we now have 6 practices instead of 5! But the system remains exactly the same. DIRECTIONS: Each class should be practiced 1X in sequential order: Class A then B, then C, D, E & F. When you reach F go back to the beginning and start again (A, B, C, D, E, F) for a minimum of 8 cycles over 2 months or more. As always I have included the Class Sequence at the bottom of this page for you to copy, paste and print creating your own Yoga file of our progression. As you gain confidence and begin to practice from the Practice Sheets be sure to follow the suggested timings of the poses to best honour the energetics of the Training.
