Welcome to this Keep-On-Moving Practice with special love to legs, hips & twists. We start with a Seated Meditation followed by Supine Leg/Hip Openers before moving to the wall for a dynamic series of Standing Poses with extra attention to the essential action of the hips from Virabhadrasana I into Parvsakonasana. We then wind down with hip releasers, wall twists and Halasana rolls for full spinal release before our well deserved Savasana. Great start to a busy day! Made with 💛 X Cat
