A dynamic challenging practice filmed live in Maui, Hawaii. Inspired sequencing using the chair, the wall and anything else required to hold longer, get deeper and experience more vibrancy. The practice starts with an invigorating warm-up moving into handstands and forearm balances followed by a strong series of Standing Poses using the wall for extra penetration interspersed with shoulder openers. We then move into a sequence of twists making the spine ready for glorious chair backbends. A whole series of them! Before supine openings/twists and the final joy of headstand, chair shoulderstand/halasana and backbends.
