Welcome to the 2nd Practice of this 5 day ‘Pure Beginners Yoga for Lower Back Course’. It consists of 5 practices to be done sequentially (A, B, C, D & E) and then repeated for as long as enjoyed and/or needed. Each class gently opens the body from a different perspective bringing greater flexibility, clarity of movement and ease. This is Class B and I’ll be posting the rest every day of this week. The links will be added below as we go. Only 30 minutes a day to help soothe your pain away! Let me know how it feels for you and please feel free to ask questions if needed. I am here. NOTE – During menstruation please avoid all strong Twistings, Core Work and Inversions.
