Only 30 minutes a day to help soothe your pain away! This is the 3rd class of our ‘5 day Beginners Lower Back Course’. Designed to bring greater flexibility to the legs, hips and lower back. The course consists of 5 practices (best practiced sequentially: A, B, C, D & E) and repeated for as long as enjoyed and/or needed. Each class focuses on different openings so that we get a holistic experience from different perspectives.
