Welcome to this week long ‘Pure Beginners Lower Back Yoga Course’ designed to help release tension from the legs, hips & lower back. The course consists of 5 practices to be done sequentially (A, B, C, D & E) and then repeated for as long as enjoyed and/or needed. Each class gently opens and aligns the body from different perspectives igniting greater awareness and flexibility. This is Class A and I’ll be posting the rest every day of this week. The links will be added below as we go. Only 30 minutes a day to help soothe your pain away! Let me know how it feels for you and please feel free to ask questions if needed. I am here.
