Welcome to this week long ‘Pure Beginners Lower Back Yoga Course’ designed to help release tension from the legs, hips & lower back. The course consists of 5 practices to be done sequentially (A, B, C, D & E) and then repeated for as long as enjoyed and/or needed. Each class gently opens and aligns the body from different perspectives igniting greater awareness and flexibility. This is Class A and I’ll be posting the rest every day of this week.
