Welcome to this Mini-Restorative Asana & Pranayama session that brings peaceful alertness and inner freedom. We start with a supine body-scan, relaxing and merging with the rhythm of breath before proceeding with the pranayamic part of the session in Supta Virasana. Here we work on exploring greater clarity in the subtle actions of the thoracic ribs, abdominal area, shoulder blades & armpit chest with Ujjayi 1 breath. The practice ends with a beautiful guided Savasana allowing all of the energetic work to settle as we rest in peaceful awareness. Made with love 💜 X Cat Note: If your lower back has a tendency towards fragility Supta Virasana can be beautifully replaced with Supported Savasana using a bolster under the spine and blanket under neck & head.

NOTE – During menstruation please avoid Twistings, Core Work and Inversions.
