Welcome to this mini-wall-yoga practice designed to help the vehicle ‘recover’ from excessive sitting & desk work! It opens and aligns the legs and hips, stretches and twists the spine and helps to clear excessive blockage in the shoulders. This practice is part of my recent ‘short & sweet’ burst of classes for those who don’t have time or inclination for longer sessions but still want to get on the mat. NOTE – During menstruation please avoid Twistings, Core Work and Inversions.
