This teaching starts with a seated meditation and a light warm up that both open the outer layers of the body and turn the mind inwards. It then moves into an invigorating series of standing poses regularly interspersed with flowing sun-salutations before taking us down onto the mat and exploring a unique sequencing of upper back/heart openers that guides the practitioner through the experience of how to open the chest by breaking the resistance of the shoulder blades. Great techniques to apply to all future poses! It then continues with inversions (headstand & shoulder stand) concluding in a healing and sealing savasana.
