Welcome to this guided restorative Yoga & Pranayama practice 🌿 During this immersion we explore the exhale, followed by the inhale and specifically how they each create different imprints in the thoracic front chest & upper abdomen. From a postural perspective the sequence is very simple so that we can focus on breath itself. Starting with a Seated Meditation followed by Supta Baddha Konasana and ending with a light Savasana. If Supta B.K is not comfortable it could easily be replaced with Supported Savasana (bolster under the spine for lift and legs spread the width of the mat for groin spaciousness).
