Having established this firm body/mind connection we are led into a light series of Downward Dogs and Lunges before coming to a soothing informative sequence on releasing the bulkiness of the front thigh, the hamstrings and creating evenness in the lumbar and sacrum. A last supine twist to release and restore before a guided Savasana with legs up against the wall for full inversion immune system benefits.
