Welcome to this sweet & efficient practice that gently opens the entire body from legs to hips to shoulders to spine to twists and inversions! We start with a few rounds of vibrant Surya Namaskars interspersed with hip, leg and shoulder openers . We then continue opening the legs & hips with Supta Padangusthasanas and double pigeon release which sets us up for our Sirsasana. This is followed by a series of twists which lead us into the most delicious exploration of Ardha Setu Bandha Sarvangasana in half Padmasana that opens the inner groins and abdominal region in a delicately unique way.
