A class with emphasis on creating stability through balancing poses, a broad ‘imprint’ of the chest region and twistings to ‘rinse’ the organs and spine
Super charged class. Phenomenal sequencing inspired by Geeta Iyengar and of course the usual obsession with details that make the pose pop. Warm-up through Sun Salutations and Standing Poses all leading to a deep exploration of Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana. Then back into dynamic Sun Salutations rich with structural details to keep the body and mind firm, followed by incredible shoulder/chest openers and lower back and hip releasers. This makes the body receptive to a sequence of deep groin work guaranteed to remove layers of tension! And the teaching ends with a restorative guided cool down and superb Viparita Karani that will leave you feeling absolutely perfect.
