  1. I loved the first part of this class, as my body needs these hip and groin openers very much. It’s great restorative work for the body. The second part is a bit more challenging for my lower back, but with the help of the chair and the incredible detailed instructions of Cat you will get into these poses and enjoy the openings of the dorsal spine. I encourage everyone to do these classes and don’t let you hold back by the level 2/3. You can always adapt while you are exercising. Good luck.
