Using Standing Poses as our entry to create focus, stability and structural strength, flowing through some Sun Salutation Variations before entering Headstand and Shoulderstand which get those hard to reach areas in the upper back open! The teaching then moves into supine leg/hip/groin releasers, forward bends, twists, Padmasana stretches and openings of the dorsal spine and sternum plate before ending with a vigorous series of backbends and a well deserved Savasana.

  1. The title ‘Vibrant Total Body’ class, definitely says what it gives to you. A challenging class, but we need challenges in life to bring us further. Its challenging for the mind as well, when you are doing the headstand and try to hold it as long as possible. I really love Cat’s classes as she is extremely good in explaining the poses. No detail will be forgotten and Cat’s voice and vibrancy encourages you to keep trying and challenging yourself. I hold my headstand for 3 minutes…first time ever… yiha. Thank you Cat for another amazing class.
