Welcome to this Knee Awareness Practice that will support deeper exploration and understanding of the precious knees (and legs and feet). We use the wall for the front foot in Standing Poses to really explore healthy straightness before transitioning into gentle sitting knee openers and twists followed by Setu Bandha Sarvangasana and Savasana. Advanced students could add Sirsasana and Sarvangasana too!
