We charge it up in the 1st half with Standing Poses, Twists, Hips, an interesting exploration of Prasarita Padottanasana into Sirsasana I and a final burst of Arm Balances. The 2nd half of the practice is all about winding down and turning inwards through Shoulder Openers, Supported Sarvangasana/Karnapidasana, Supine Twists, Hip/Leg Releasers, and ending with a 5 minute Savasana.
