Welcome to this practice that relieves stressful anxiety whilst deeply nourishing our nervous system. We use all kinds of props from chair to blocks, bolsters, blanket & wall to really pacify the nerves. It’s very interesting working this way because it helps us experience poses from a uniquely healing perspective. Pure restoration! This session is my synthesis of an inspiring 4 day David Meloni workshop. More sharing to come. In the meantime hope that this is useful.
