Mindful Yoga is a life-enhancing sustainable way of practicing asana. Imbued with rich postural refinement, it is the study of the deeper arts of Yoga. It transmits physical integrity and trains the mind to focus. Each teaching is a physical koan, increasing in complexity as one’s practice deepens.
